A message from Nexelin
You heard from Nexelin. Here is what's behind it.
An email, a reminder, a call-back, and somewhere it said “Nexelin”. In one minute you'll know who wrote to you and what you can do now. Usually: nothing at all.
Who is writing to you
The message comes from someone you deal with: a company, an office, a club. Nexelin works with them so your request doesn't get left lying around and you hear back in time. Who it is, the message itself tells you.
If you called
If a digital assistant answered the phone, it took down your request and passed it to the team. You don't have to repeat anything or call again: they will get back to you.
How to tell it's genuine
Messages from Nexelin come from an address ending in @nexelin.pro, and links in them only lead to pages ending in nexelin.pro. Anything else is not from us.
How to answer
Simplest is to answer the sender directly, the way you know them: by phone or by email. Not sure who is behind it? Send us the sender's address and we'll tell you.
Nexelin never asks you for passwords, PINs or bank details. If such a request comes, it is not from us: don't answer it, and let the sender know.
What you tell them stays with the sender. Nexelin keeps it only for them, shows it to no one else and passes it to no outside service. Questions about your data are answered by the sender, and we are glad to help you reach them.
